5 BEGINNER TIPS TO LIVE WASTE FREE

hey everyone! i am phoebe from the philippines. i am an architect by profession; and an advocate of living a conscious and mindful life (minimalism & zero-waste). i document my journey through blogging and vlogging which i have never felt so passionate about something in my life that i want to share with everyone. 🌿💜

some basic starters of living a more conscious lifestyle that everyone can most definitely do:
🌺1. bring your own water container (say no to the single-use plastic bottles)
🌴2. use a reusable straw or even better don’t use one at all (say no to the plastic straw)
🌏3. bring your own reusable bags for shopping or grocery shopping (say no to the single-use plastic/paper bags)
🏵️4. use a bamboo toothbrush (say no to the plastic toothbrushes which does not biodegrade)
💧5. use a menstrual cup or reusable pads (say no to the chemical infused napkins)

these are just a few things anyone can do to live a more conscious and plastic-free life.💜
